2010 el paso ylc teams preparation (march-july 2010): beginning in the early spring, 9th grade participants throughout el paso's public and private high schools will be organized into debate teams for the national hispanic institute's 2010 great debates--alumni celebration, induction, and ylc training will be conducted throughout the spring. get involved in the el paso ylc today.
